El estilo industrial vuelve
Hace años parecía una moda pasajera pero no, nada más lejos de la realidad. La decoración industrial sigue siendo una de las tendencias más seguidas en interiorismo y es que, además de ofrecer un montón de posibilidades y combinaciones, muchos de los elementos que definen este tipo de decoración son tan atemporales que el estilo industrial “envejece” muy bien.
En decoración industrial, los materiales importan
Una cuestión fundamental a la hora de diseñar un interiorismo con decoración industrial es cuidar los materiales. En este estilo, priman los acabados robustos, sin tratar ni pulir (al menos, en apariencia), y elementos de la cultura urbana que se complementan con hierro y acero, maderas, cementos, arcillas…
Esto, evidentemente, no quiere decir que te tengas que volver loco buscando estos materiales. Hoy en día, es muy fácil encontrar reproducciones de acabados, texturas y colores casi en cualquier material. Por ejemplo, las cerámicas con acabado cementoso, con las que ya te hemos dado muchas ideas, son un recurso fantástico para este tipo de ambientes.
O, por qué no, un pavimento como Ferrum (imagen inferior) también es ideal para llevar el espíritu industrial a cualquier espacio, desde una oficina o negocio, hasta el salón de casa.
Se trata de un porcelánico que reproduce con gran realismo las marcas del paso del tiempo sobre el hierro y el modelo de la fotografía, en moka, tiene la capacidad de trasladarnos a una antigua fábrica nada más verlo. ¡Es perfecto!
Por cierto, fíjate en un detalle de ese ambiente: para el pavimento se ha elegido un formato grande (de 50 x 100 R cm). Este tipo de piezas de gran tamaño encajan muy bien con la decoración industrial.
Incorpora elementos externos
Por ejemplo, ¿quién diría que los azulejos tipo metro podrían ser la decoración ideal para la pared del dormitorio? Pues toma nota:
En este ambiente, la Malla Ferrum de Gala aporta la rotundidad necesaria para transformar el espacio, incluso en combinación con un mobiliario de corte nórdico. Una idea que rompe con las convenciones y resulta 100% industrial.
¡Abre los espacios!
Otra buena idea a la hora de diseñar una decoración industrial es tirar paredes e integrar espacios. Abrir la cocina al salón y configurar grandes habitaciones para diferentes usos es un must en este tipo de decoración. La idea es, al fin y al cabo, replicar la arquitectura tipo loft.
Inspírate en la imagen anterior. Utilizando una madera cerámica para el pavimento (es el modelo Sabana de Gala), se consigue integrar perfectamente la cocina con el resto de la casa. Una forma más de eliminar divisiones y lograr ese aspecto abierto e industrial.
Por cierto, fíjate en lo bien que combina la madera cerámica con las columnas vistas en cemento. ¡Una pareja que siempre funciona en la decoración industrial!
